1 T Ground Red Chiles 2 T Sugar
1/4 t Ground Red Pepper 2 T Lemon Juice
1 ea Ancho Chile; * 1 T Fresh Cilantro; Snipped
1 T Vegetable Oil 1 t Salt
1 c Orange Juice
* Ancho chile should be seeded and finely chopped.

~----------------- Cook onion, ground red chiles, red pepper and
ancho chile in oil, stirring frequently, until onion is tender, about
5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, reduce
heat to low. Simmer uncovered, about 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Makes about 2 1/3 cups of sauce.
