1 x Salt 1 x Lettuce
1 x Chili Pepper 1 ea Ripe Avocado, sliced
1 tb Fresh Lime Juice 1 x Fresh Parsley
1 t Minced Onion

Peel and slice the cucumber paper-thin. Season with salt, chili
pepper and lime juice. Sprinkle with onion and red pepper slices.
arrange lettuce on 6 serving plates. Pile cucumber mixture in center
